Welcome to Premier Property Group of Volusia County.
By accessing our real estate services—whether through property consultations, listings, showings, or transactions—you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to review them, as they outline the expectations, responsibilities, and procedures involved in working with our team of licensed real estate professionals.
By choosing to work with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
Appointment Retainers: Certain real estate services—such as property staging, private consultations, or premium listing packages—may require a non-refundable retainer fee to confirm your appointment. The amount will vary depending on the scope of the service and will be applied to your final invoice.
Final Payment: Any remaining balances for agreed-upon services are due upon completion or closing, as applicable. We accept certified checks, wire transfers, and other approved electronic payment methods.
Pricing and Estimates: Pricing for real estate services is determined by factors such as property size, service type (e.g., marketing, staging, showing coordination), and market conditions. Any quotes provided prior to service are estimates and may be adjusted based on the actual scope and duration of the work involved.
Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule appointments—such as property showings, consultations, or staging services—must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to agent availability. Any retainer or deposit will be applied to the new appointment date if the change falls within the allowed timeframe.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or no-shows will incur a charge equal to 100% of the agreed service fee.
Repeated cancellations may require full prepayment for any future appointments or services.
Accurate Information: Clients must provide complete and accurate information regarding the property, service expectations, and any specific needs prior to appointments. This includes details about property conditions, access instructions, and any relevant documentation.
Access to Property: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that Premier Property Group representatives have access to the property at the agreed-upon date and time. Any issues related to locked doors, gated communities, or security systems must be addressed in advance.
Health and Safety: Clients are required to inform Premier Property Group of any potential hazards on the property (e.g., construction zones, pets, structural damage) that may affect the safety of our team during property visits or showings. Failure to disclose such conditions releases Premier Property Group from related liabilities.
Post-Service Follow-Up: Clients are responsible for following any post-service recommendations, such as securing final documents, reviewing listings, or preparing properties for staging or sale. Ignoring follow-up guidelines may impact the effectiveness of our services.
Professional Tools & Equipment: Premier Property Group utilizes industry-standard tools and technologies to provide real estate and property management services efficiently. This includes digital platforms for marketing, secure document handling, and communication tools to ensure a seamless experience for clients. All equipment and systems are maintained to ensure data security and service reliability.

However, we are not responsible for outcomes affected by market fluctuations, third-party service providers, property conditions, or client decisions. Service Expectations: While we aim to deliver accurate advice and smooth transactions, real estate outcomes can vary based on economic conditions, property readiness, and other external factors. We do not guarantee sales timelines, property values, or closing outcomes.
Third-Party Liability: Premier Property Group is not liable for issues arising from third-party services or professionals, including but not limited to inspectors, lenders, appraisers, or contractors. Any engagements with outside vendors are at the client’s discretion and risk.
Indemnification: By engaging our services, clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premier Property Group of Volusia County, its agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or disputes related to services rendered, advice given, or third-party involvement.

These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, acts of government, power outages, or any other events that disrupt normal business operations.
